What counts as a MAU?
A Monthly Active User (MAU) is any unique device that opens your app with the WINR SDK configured. Each device is counted once per calendar month, regardless of how many sessions they have.
Why unlimited platforms?
We don't believe in charging extra for deploying to more platforms. Your iOS, Android, Web, and Flutter apps all count toward the same MAU pool — we want you everywhere your users are.
Is SDK initialization required at app launch?
Yes. The WINR SDK must be configured in your app's startup sequence (e.g., AppDelegate, Application.onCreate, or main()). This ensures accurate MAU tracking and optimal performance. The SDK will not function if configuration is deferred.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle with prorated differences.
What happens if I exceed my MAU limit?
We'll notify you when you approach your limit. The SDK will continue working — we'll never cut off your users. You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier.
Is there a pilot program?
Yes — our first publisher partners run WINR completely free for a 30–60 day pilot window, with the implementation fee waived. Prizes are funded and managed by the publisher, and you keep full dashboard access throughout. Contact us to ask about pilot availability.
What does the implementation fee cover?
The one-time $1,500 fee covers the setup WINR does for every new publisher — account and API key provisioning, dashboard and branding configuration, your giveaway program setup (prize structure and official rules), compliance review, and launch QA. The SDK integration itself is a one-line drop-in for your developers. The fee is waived entirely for pilot partners and can be amortized into your monthly rate on a longer commitment — ask us.
Is there a usage limit?
Practically, no. Usage is generously included on every tier — since a user can enter at most once per day, your plan already covers every user entering every single day of the month, and nothing gets cut off.
